1. General Use of the Platform HRTY App (“the Platform,” “we,” “our,” “us”) provides a service that allows users (“Users,” “you,” or “your”) to browse and book venues listed on our platform. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to adhere to these Terms and Conditions and any future modifications or updates.

   By installing, accessing, and/or using the HRTY App, Website, or Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using the App, Website, and Services.
2. Entire Agreement
   These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HRTY concerning the App, Website, and Services, superseding all previous discussions, negotiations, and agreements.
3. Additional Terms and Conditions
   Separately and in addition to these Terms, when using our Services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions imposed by our Partners, as such terms and conditions can be made available by the relevant partner at any time. In the event of any conflict between such additional terms and these Terms, these Terms shall control.
4. Changes to Terms
   We may revise these Terms from time to time in order to accommodate new features, services, and functionalities of the App, Website, and Services, as well as to reflect changes in applicable laws. Such revised terms will apply from the date of publication. We advise that you visit this page on a regular basis to review these Terms. If you continue to use the App, Website, or Services after these Terms have been updated, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the App, Website, and Services.
5. Legal Compliance
   The rights and duties granted or imposed under these Terms operate to the extent not excluded by law (for example, these Terms do not limit any consumer warranties that may not be excluded by contract). Nothing in these Terms will prevent us from complying with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

7. Assignment
   You may not assign any of your rights, or novate your obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign any of our rights or obligations to any other entity or person and transfer your information in connection with a sale, merger, acquisition, restructure, or otherwise to any of our related entities or successor entities.
8. Waiver and Delay
   Failure by HRTY to exercise, or a delay in exercising, a right or power does not prevent its exercise.
9. Waiver of Rights
   A provision of, or a right created under these Terms in HRTY’s favour may not be waived except where executed in writing by HRTY.
   
   
10. Booking Venues

• HRTY App allows you to book venues that are listed on the platform.
• Venues are listed by third-party providers, and all bookings are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the respective venue.
• You acknowledge that the availability, pricing, and booking policies of venues may change at any time, and you are responsible for verifying details prior to confirming any booking.

3. Cancellations

• We are not responsible for any cancellations, modifications, or delays related to the bookings made through the Platform.
• The responsibility for any cancellations or changes lies solely with the venue provider, and we recommend checking the cancellation policy directly with the venue before completing your booking.
• HRTY App will not be held accountable for any refunds or adjustments regarding cancellations, and we do not facilitate the resolution of disputes between Users and venues.

4. Payment and Card Details

• HRTY App does not store, process, or retain any credit card or payment details. All payments for bookings are handled directly through the third-party payment gateways associated with the Platform or the venue.
• Users are responsible for ensuring that they provide accurate payment information when making bookings.
• HRTY App is not liable for any issues arising from payments, including but not limited to unauthorized transactions or payment gateway failures.

5. User Responsibilities

• You agree to use the Platform in accordance with all applicable local, state, and international laws and regulations.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your information is accurate and up to date when making bookings on the Platform.
• You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the functioning of the Platform.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• HRTY App makes no representations or warranties regarding the quality, availability, or suitability of venues listed on the platform.
• We do not take responsibility for any damages, losses, or inconveniences resulting from bookings or cancellations.
• In no event shall HRTY App be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.
• We do not store any credit card details or other payment-related information. Any data shared with the third-party payment providers is governed by their respective privacy policies.

8. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the “Effective Date” at the top will reflect the most recent update.
• Your continued use of the Platform after any changes are made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.

9. Termination of Access

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
